Clinical Pilates

Pilates is method of exercise used to increase strength, flexibility, body awareness and muscular endurance. The method involves a number of controlled movements that require concentration, centering, flowing movements, precision and specific breathing. Pilates is a great way to keep in shape and stay healthy!

Hydrotherapy& Aqua Aerobics        

Join us for our aqua classes to build your cardio fitness and strength. Our aqua aerobics classes are low impact and very easy on the joints, yet challenging enough to help you reach new levels of fitness. Our classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Our Hydrotherapy classes are done on a one- to- one basis. Hydrotherapy is focused on treating certain illnesses or conditions as well as pre- and post- op joint replacements.

Hydrotherapy is used to treat: Arthritis, low muscle tone, Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, and other neurological and chronic conditions

FIT 4 TWO PROGRAMME INFORMATION

What is Fit 4 Two?

At Fit 4 Two we understand that exercise can be daunting both during and after pregnancy. Fit 4 Two is a specialised Pre- & Post-natal exercise programme developed by qualified Biokineticists Gill Scheepers and Kayla Forbes. Our programme is unique as it has been designed using scientific and medical principles. Our programme is divided into Pre-Natal exercise and Post-Natal Exercise. All of our classes take place in a safe indoor environment and are 45 minutes long.

Pre-natal classes are trimester specific and have been designed to ensure that our mommies-to-be can enjoy a safe and controlled exercise regime that aids them during their pregnancy. We monitor Blood Pressure, Heart rate and temperature before & after each class this is to ensure that our mommies-to-be are in good health and fit to exercise to minimize any risk and maximise the benefits.

Our Post-natal classes ensure that Mommies can enjoy a fun and safe exercise session whilst bonding with their babies as well as getting to know other new mommies.
